Play Grading to Record Collector Guidelines
Clean labels, some evidence of spindle marks / Shiny, deep gloss vinyl / Some minor light hairline marks & two scuffs under lamplight none of which transfer to sound / Vinyl is flat & warp free / Plays superbly, only the odd pop & I was straining my ears for any kind of fault / I have not cleaned it because the quality I feel is still there & may tarnish it's fantastic original 42 year history / It should be preserved like an antique
Sleeve - Excellent
Laminated ['Clarifoil'] non-flipback single sleeve by James Upton Ltd. / Extremely clean condition / No writing or pen marks / Very glossy appearance / Really sharp, glossy edges & spine / Only very, very minor edge creasing / One bumped corner / Clean white reverse shows some storage rub, one small [5x2mm] stain / Opening edges sharp not ragged / Comes with a sleeve protector / White inner paper sleeve retained; poly-lined inner supplied to help protect the superb vinyl /
Conclusion
This LP sleeve & vinyl has been very well cared for [one owner] throughout it's life, I can see it & feel it...just take a long hard look at my photos...but other record experts have been shown this LP & agree with my judgement / Don't take my word for this...please look at my recent feedback...look at what my customers have said about other vinyl I have sold / I know how disappointed I have been when LPs I have coverted on eBay are a long way from the item described / This is a rare record & rarely found in this condition / Remember this in excellent condition but is not mint...the definition I will remind you of. "The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover & packaging might have slight wear &/or creasing" Record Collector's Grading System / I believe this statement matches this record perfectly / If you saw this in a record fair [*see below] you would get very enthusiastic about it too / A blue chip investment
This auction starts at just £4.99 including free P&P Worldwide, with no reserve & runs for 10 days
