Social Distortion *Mommy's Little Monster* vinyl lp on 13th floor Records, 1983. This is the original gatefold issue with lyrics printed on the inside cover. Anyone who has heard this record knows how great it is!
The gatefold cover of this copy I grade at a VG condition and definitely has a variety of condition issues. There is a split seam that runs along the entire length of one panel of the top edge. It also has as a fair amount of edge wear and corner wear. And, there is some sticker residue on the front cover(from a sticker that a previous owner removed). I did not try to remove the residue but it may clean up/come off w/some goo-gone. Or maybe just leave it! There are also few tiny spots(in sticker area) with specs of the art were removed when someone removed the majority of that sticker. I tried to take pics to show this area well. But in general, its not a terrible cover for VG grade. Not much ring wear if any, and the gatefold function is solid, spine is solid as well. The vinyl is the better part of this set. This record is really quite clean. I'd grade it at a EX/M-. Has a few tiny surface marks but it has been well cared for and/or just not played much.
