A recent customer left me the first negative feedback I've had in 7 years. I've put the full exchange of our dispute into my About Me page for you to make your own mind up about him and me. I can assure you that I am a 100% positive feedback kind of guy :0) Whereas p_bjoern refused to provide any photographic evidence of the claimed damage, threw away the packaging evidence, thereby preventing any chance of me being able to claim from the postal service for the 'damage', and also concealing the fact that my packaging was completely adequate; I have been shipping records abroad for approximately 12 years.
