THE SOLID STATE-45-“The Lynching” b/w “Wait & See”-Elpa Records #101-Crude 1966 El Paso, TEXAS Garage-Punk. A side borrows from “I Am A Rock” and “7 & 7 Is”, somewhat out of tune bass, decent moody vocals, with a primitive and cool lead guitar break on the fade...B side is moody Vox Continental organ dominated garage-punk, reminds me of the New England slow-to mid-tempo cryptic type garage numbers...hard to find Texas single... Condition: Record is somewhere between VG+ to MINT-Minus- Some light background noise at times on B side due to pressing not condition...very nice copy...
