Includes a numbered sheet ( see pics) this is #3108. There is no number on the back of the Jacket

Gatefold Jacket / 2 x 12" Black Vinyl / Insert Sleeves / Numbered Sheet

VG+ Condition, Vinyl nice, Jacket has someminor shelf wear and a small split on one side of the Gatefold, Insert Sleeves have one and two splits respectively. Numbered sheet is fine.

The record including packaging is 120 grams so the following 3 shipping choices are available
