Up for auction is
the self-titled Sonny Rollins Lp.
Blue Note BLP 1542.
This is the second pressing with 47 W63 (no r) labels and flat-edge.
Deep grooves both sides. It also has a P or "ear", hand-etched RVG, and 9M.
Record is graded G+ for some ugly feelable hairline scratches on an otherwise strong VG or better disc.
Plays ok but wiht some noise and repetitive pops. Definitely no skips or jumps.
Cover is graded VG with moderate edge wear.
Top and bottom seams are split. Writing in pen on back cover. Presents well from the front.
