SONNY ROLLINS - VOLUME 2 Proper 1997 US BLUE NOTE Full Analogue Pressing from the master tapes, with the sleeve sticker clearly stating this (as the dreaded pirated ones were on the rise, all from a CD as master, with all that lack of warmth and presence you would expect). JJ Johnson, Paul Chambers, Thelonious Monk & Art Blakey to this 40th anniversary issue of the 1957 session, which is five star hard bop. NO other copies for sale in the UK at time of listing, with most overseas copies asking my sale price and more just for the postage. Check for yourself, this is how it has gone. Great full and warm sounding 180 to 200 gram flat lp with no marks to playing surfaces, and very little wrong with the sleeve apart from one light corner bend. Our ethos is to offer you best sounding analogue only pressings of vintage records. Here is another beauty of that type. We offer massive postage subsidies to overseas buyers on multiple purchases. i.e £1 extra per lp to a maximum of £15, then no extra charge. We pack carefully in custom made hard card boxes. If the appearance or playgrade suggests it requires it, our records are cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid in distilled water. This is already in a new heavy poly outer with antistatic inners added with outer sleeve and records all layered behind each other to prevent splits.
