Side 1/Side 2: Many faint scuffs & scratches all over the surface, a few more feelable scratches, plays with some surface noise or crackle or skips, pretty scratched up, but still barely listenable.
Label: Yellow/Black "PRESTIGE RECORDS INC. • 446 W. 50th ST., N.Y.C."
Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "RVG" hand etched on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Good Plus (G+)

Front/Back: Laminated cover, Top seam split, 7" top spine split, edge wear, corner rubs, old tape mark on left of back cover, some scuffs.
