Hello Kyuss Fans! You are bidding on an original, 1/1500 pressed, SONS OF KYUSS vinyl album released in 1990 by Black Highway Music and Smash! Productions. I purchased it from Meteorcity Records way back in 1997. I was told by them that it came from a lot purchased from the original bassist, Chris Cockrell. It is still SEALED in the original cellophane as I was always afraid to open it and play it on my parent’s old record player, and as I already had Wretch, I stowed it away very preciously, until now. I had seen images of the vinyl and the inserts so any compulsion to open it was thwarted. The only flaw is a one-inch bit of fraying on the album’s top edge, where the cellophane has eroded and the sleeve is chafed (see pic), caused by the vinyl shifting in the sleeve at some point, I surmise. Minor in my estimation. This is the way I received it, but I am happy to have claimed that I have owned it, nonetheless. It is time though to pass it on to another Kyussphile who yearns to listen to the pristine sounds of this beauty. Let me know if you would like a few more pics or if you have any querys.
