THE SOOTHSAYERS-45-“I Don’t Know” b/w “Please Don’t Be Mad”-Acropolis Records # A-6601-Great 1966 Colorado Garage-Punk. Both sides very cool-has that cryptic New England Teen sound-2 guitars, a Farfisa buried in the mix. Louie Louie/Sloopy chords, great teen-punk duo-vocals. Comes with ultra-RARE pic sleeve. Front sleeve is pictured-other side of sleeve is a different shot-a close up of the lead singer trying to look like Mick Jagger...very cool band and record... Condition: Record is somewhere between VG+ to almost MINT-Minus-A side has some small white dots on the space between the label and the grooves-NOT on the grooves, just on the tail-out space-in the pressing; see photo-I put a close scan of this in-has nothing to do with the track-it isn’t on the recorded part-other than this the record is beautiful... Label clean both sides... Pic Sleeve is VG-.
