Description

Beautiful copy of the rare Sound of Cherokee documentary LP produced and narrated by Earl Wynn. Here we have a sort of general package of Native American lore & music, featuring the Cherokee alphabet/syllabary on the cover, and recordings of the Cherokee language and songs.


Side one features a reading of the John Burnett Letter, which is a document describing the Trail of Tears and the forced removal of the Cherokee from their land.

Side two features recordings of native Cherokee tribe members and speakers of the language speaking, as well as some music and other sounds of Cherokee life.

This rare copy is in almost perfect condition. Still in the original shrink and apparently barely played. A beautiful, flawless copy.
