THE SPIKE-DRIVERS - 7", 45 rpm, single, original, very few pressed, extremely Rare!. (om records #1000; 1966). Side A) "High Time"(2:30). Side B) "Often I Wonder"(5:45). *GREAT record!! "High Time" is a garagy punky fuzz psychish cut with female vocals and nice harmonies. "Often I Wonder" is a long (5:45!)killer haunting folk psych cut with a great fuzz guitar break! This is Elaine and Syd Brown before Peace, Bread and Land Band, with Ted Lucas, Larry Cruse, Richard Keeler. (These cuts are reissued on Raymond Dumont's Swiss RD label). *Vinyl is solid MINT.
