Description

Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space Double LP (DEDLP034. Dedicated, 1997)

A rare opportunity to buy this highly acclaimed record on limited edition vinyl!

The sleeve is slightly worn but the records are in mint condition and have been cleaned using a Keith Monks Professional Record Cleaning Machine (www.keithmonks-rcm.co.uk)

"The third studio album by Spiritualized was released in June, 1997. A more symphonic affair than his earlier works, here Jason Pierce perfected his highly detailed and refined studio technique. As well as the traditional guitar/bass/drums/keyboard setup, he employed the services of the Balanescu Quartet, The London Community Gospel Choir and Dr. John to help flesh out his vision."

"The album reached number four on the UK charts and won the NME album of the year award at the end of 1997, a notable accomplishment considering that Radiohead's critically acclaimed album OK Computer and The Verve's Urban Hymns were also released that year."
