SPLASH splash

One of the best funky albums out of Sweden ever. This private press from 1974 is better than many of the best Swedish albums like Häxmjölk, Samla Mammas Manna, Archimedes Badkar or Fläsket brinner. They we´re signed to Polydor to Polydor who released their first album and when they finally got released from that contract they recorded and released this monster themself.

Of the three tracks the two longest tracks on this Lp is worth mentioning. Most people dig the great afro / latin funk groove of "Sambahmadu" which spans over 13 minutes! On the other side of the Lp we have the over 20 minutes long "Karottorokokrockororkokrock" which is a great funky psychedelic prog workout (listen to portions of the track on the soundclip below!

GRADES:

Grades are sleeve/record. Only one grade means there is no picture sleeve. If there is a picture sleeve missing to this issue I will note it in the description.

My scale of grades goes from M- / EX / VG++ / VG+ / VG to VG-

I may or may not add any details to the description if needed. Do always check the picture before bidding. If you are uncertain o how a particular record play or looks, please email me and I try to email you with a detailed description! Sometimes a record looks like a VG but play like a EX then i usually grade it VG+ and if the visual and the playback differ much I will try to describe that.

Note that all soundfiles are from the records I am selling - allthough in a low bitrate MP3 format so they will sound better in real life.
