Scuffs and scratches.

GENERAL INFORMATION/ QUESTIONS I RECEIVE FREQUENTLY.
I grade only visually, unless otherwise noted, using the VJM system. I do not describe every scratch or scuff but use my favorite phrase "scuffs and scratches". BUT
Any edge chips, digs, lams, hairlines, scratches that can be felt, large needle marks or other visual defects are noted.
Any label issues are not noted as they are clearly visible in pictures.
I will only play test records (upon request) at auction with starting prices above $10 and fixed price listings above $25. I simply do not have enough time in the day to listen to every record I list.
All individual records are sleeved to ship, but the sleeves are for protection only and may be of low quality (ripped, torn, written on etc). I do not sleeve any records in my bulk $34 50 lot.
All individual records as needed are lightly cleaned and may require further cleaning.
All listed 78s are 10" in size unless otherwise noted in title.
Any record listed with multiple quantity available reflects the photos and information of the lowest graded record. You may receive that record, one with same grade, or one of a higher grade.
All sales are final and must be completed unless a good reason is given for requesting a cancellation. I do not ever cancel bids. I do not ever end an auction early.
I ship in new 12x12x4 (or larger) boxes with cardboard pads and ample amount of bubble wrap or packing peanuts.
I ship via media mail. Priority can be invoiced upon request.
I ship generally on Wednesday and Thursday. Sometimes your label is printed 1-3 days prior to your package actually going out. If more than 5 days passes with no initial tracking updates please contact me.
Fixed priced listings offer free shipping domestically.
International shipping is $25 for the first 10" 78 and $5 for each additional, up to 6 total. After 6 records the package passes the four pound first class weight limit and must go Priority. All international orders over 6 10" records will be charged the actual calculated cost plus 10%. International bidders agree to this by bidding and purchasing records from me.
All payments must be received within 5 days unless other arrangements are made with me. If you are a regular buyer of mine I am very lenient on this. If you are not, until a pattern is established, this is strictly enforced.
