Description

These are a pair of reel to reel tapes that were the Mushroom Records "Safety Copies" for the True Colours LP by Split Enz. Truly a one of a kind item. One tape for each side of the album. Note the final song title has been changed from "Spunk" to "The Choral Sea".  Dated 21/12/79, these were most likely the backup copies should something have happened to the masters. Probably have never been played, and I obtained them from another Split Enz collector many years ago. I'm a long time collector but I've decided to selectively auction some pieces of my collection to share with other Enz fans. I have another couple of tapes with some tracks released on 7" singles that I'm also offering this week. I'll certainly combine shipping if anyone wants them all.
