Mercury Records stereo SR 90224 with early dark maroon label disc, pressed in the US.   FR1 FR1 stampers.  Jacket has laminated front, color back. 

Howard Hanson conducts the Eastman-Rochester Orchestra in music of Samuel Barber.  Includes the Ballet Suite, "Medea", op. 23, and the Capricorn Concerto, for Flute, Oboe, Trumpet and Strigs.  See pics for program details.
