Record: The record is in VG++ condition, nice clean solid copy!!
Cover: The cover is in VG condition, it is slightly wavy where it has been exposed to damp at some time in the past and there are surface tears to the front and back bottom edges. The insert is VG, it has also been damp in the past and has some moisture staining on the front and back.
