STAN GETZ QUARTETS 1955 LP VG+ Vinyl Record RVG Mono Audio File Prestige LP 7002

Offering Stan Getz’ "Quartets" remastered by Rudy Van Gelder.  This 1955 release on the Prestige label is an enduring & fantastic collection of great Mid Century, Bebop Cool era jazz artists.

Vinyl: VG;  Audio: VG to VG+;  Cover: VG+

• Vinyl is VG condition.  Very clean and glossy.  Deep Groove; Remastered Mono by Ron Van Gelder (hand initialed in dead wax both sides).  Observed a line through Side-A through Tracks 1-4 .  Observed an arching line on tracks 1-3 on Side-B and about 3 other lines that could not be felt with clean fingertip.  A few other smaller, no feel lines.  See Audio grade below for more information.  Beautiful Prestige Confetti center labels.  

• Audio is VG to VG+.  Side-A sampled through lines and VG+ on our equipment.  Side-B sampled Tracks 1-3 to be VG; Tracks 4-6 VG+.  VG grade has very light pops and subtle surface noise, but IOHO, we feel is still a wonderful listening experience.  Audio clip available upon request if you have any concerns.

• Cover is VG+ condition.  This high plastic gloss cover has only surface scuffs due to age and is mostly noticeable in harsh light; otherwise no marks, tears, folds or cracks.  Minimal edge wear.  Small 1-3/8" split at top opening corner.  Previous owner signature and address label on back.  See photos for details.

• Sleeve is EX condition, but not original.  It is Anti Static-Archival Quality-Non Scratching.

Images may have a slightly different color cast from actual item, but are close.
