Description
Hello and welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now. Here is what you're bidding on:
ARTIST: Stan Getz/Luiz Bonfa/Maria Toledo TITLE: Jazz Samba Encore LABEL: Verve V-8523 MONO CONDITION: JACKET - Near Mint(Extremely light wear; two tiny staple holes top left corner through entire jacket - Please see actual album photos) VINYL - Near Mint(Vinyl glows with vitality - Graded using special daylight balanced spotlight)
SPECIAL FEATURES: Near Mint condition copy of this "Jazz Samba Encore" recording. Note: Produced by Creed Taylor, this MONO deep groove Verve classic bossa album is very rare indeed, while inside the gatefold there is an absolute treasure trove of historical, discographical and technical information contributed by Dom Cerulli. If you enjoy some of the "fine print" of early bossa nova MONO recordings while you appreciate the spectacular music, then this album would be a pleasure for you.

Thanks! If you have further questions about condition or content, please don't hesitate to ask. You may bid with unworried confidence. Our sales history is your assurance of absolute integrity. Thank you and good luck.
OUR GRADING SYSTEM: We grade visually, and we are happy to listen to any LP and give you an aural grade as well. SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); NM (Near Mint - our highest grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks that do not affect play); EX(Excellent - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).
