STARK NAKED - SAME. US RCA LSP-4592. 1971.
ORIGINAL US ISSUE.
SUPERB US PSYCH/PROG/HARD ROCK......a killer album with brilliant songs & music and some simply stunning guitarwork throughout the whole album. Highlights are difficult to pinpoint because every track has its moments....
Side 1 starts off with the 9 minute 'All Of Them Witches' which begins in a Prog vein, then introduces a strong Hard Rock beat with effective male vocals and great backing femvox.....and then has a great Psych/Hard Rock guitar solo before returning to the intro theme. 'Done' is a nice mellow Psych track with Prog touches....but special merit has to be mentioned of the track 'Sins' which has to be one of the ALL TIME GREAT Psych/Hard Rock tracks....it starts off with a great heavy guitar/bass rhythm/beat, introduces some wonderful male/female vocals....then comes an absolute KILLER guitar solo which has to be regarded as one of 'the' best ever recorded on vinyl. A truly wonderful track.
