Description
Soul doo wop group 45 featuring THE STARLIGHTERS on the END label, from 1958. Titles are “It’s Twelve O’Clock†and “The Birdland.†Both songs written by a very young Van Allen McCoy, who sang with the group.
This is a stock copy, label is off-white with black print. Catalog number is E-1031.
Condition of vinyl is nice VG+ with most of the original gloss remaining. Both sides have a few minor scuffs and a couple minor hairlines, but no serious problems. Fidelity is excellent. I have included sound clips so you can judge the quality for yourself.
Both labels are in fairly nice condition, the “A†side has a small rip where it appears a small sticker was removed. Side “B†also has a very small rip. Overall a nice item for your collection and a “must have†for serious doo wop ballad fans.
