STATUS QUO ~ Paper Plane Mispress & Misprint.

 UK 1972 Penny Farthing (6145 020) total mispress & misprint 7".
Here's a cute one - Penny Farthing labels lead one to believe it's the Quo although the label catalogue number (6145 020) is for Chuck Berry's Reelin' & Rockin' on the Chess label! The runout matrix shows 2058 365, a Polydor number for a 1973 release by pop/soul band - M.C.C. - and that's what the actual tracks are - the Matrix doesn't lie! Oh, and it also says 'Sample' on the A-Side label to add to the confusion - a sample of what? A three label mix-up?.
So here's an oddity that will appeal, in descending order, to collectors of Status Quo, Chuck Berry or M.C.C. & maybe even to people who just love mispressings... or samples... or the Penny Farthing label.....
According to Popsike a copy of this (with less info) sold in 2016 for £51 so I bet there's legions of collectors out there miffed that they missed out on a true rarity/oddity - here's your chance to be de-miffed.
