STEELY DAN "Aja" Original SEALED VINYL LP from 1977 (ABC AB-1006) with gatefold sleeve. Original 1977 pressing (no UPC Barcode on sleeve) Comes with original thick innersleeve with lyrics. The Original ABC version was in print for a couple of years before ABC went out of business and MCA took over the Steely Dan catalog. There has been many Audiophile issues of this album, but to my ears the best sounding version is still the original ABC pressing (Yes, definitely better than the MFSL and CISCO editions!). The main reason: The Master Tapes of AJA went missing soon after the album was issued in 1977, so everything that was pressed after the ABC version were from inferior sources. Includes: Aja, Deacon Blue, Josie, Peg, etc. As mentioned Still Sealed. Very nice sealed original.
