STEPPENWOLF 1st, debut self titled album on original MONO lp. Dunhill Records. D-50029. Mono.

Vinyl condition: My visual grade is VG+. The vinyl is shiny & glossy with some marks visible when held to a light. There are also two scuff marks in the last few tracks on Side 1 that are apparently surface marks, since I have played these tracks and these scuffs don't produce loud ticks. I have also played the rest of the album and find that in general the vinyl plays VG+. The customary sound of wear/play for a used lp from this period is audible, with some tracks sounding better than others. This album sounds good in mono. It's hard to find a mono pressing of this lp in any condition, since record companies were phasing out the mono format at this time.

Jacket condition: This is the original foil cover which also shows customary VG+ wear (some cover ring wear, etc). The previous owner has written the number 131 in the upper left hand corner under the "S"(which is hard to see in the photo below.) Also, there is a tiny hole punch in the lower left hand corner just above the Dunhill logo. There is some minor wear to the top & bottom seams, but no actual seam splits. The lp comes in the original Dunhill Co. paper inner sleeve which is in great shape.

Tracks include: Sookie Sookie, Everybody's Next One, Born to be Wild, Desperation, The Pusher, The Ostrich, etc.

Insurance if desired is extra. International buyer: I accept Paypal only for international buyers. Uninsured packages are shipped at the buyer's risk. UK or European buyer will pay $13.50 for first class air mail. Australian or Asian buyer will pay $14.50 for first class air mail. Canadian buyer will pay $8.00 for first class air mail. The cost for other countries will be given after the end of the auction on the invoice or upon request. As per eBay rules, winning bidder must reply to my email within 3 business days, and payment must be made within 10 days of the close of the auction.
