Record Grade: STILL SEALED!  UNOPENED! Jacket does not have any seam splits, with a small BB hole on the top left corner and a little wear on the corners.

Records are graded visually, and I have been collecting and selling vinyl for over 30 years.  I use "Goldmine" standards for grading purposes.  A thorough cleaning is recommended before playing to remove mold and mildew spores that may not be visible.  LP's are removed from jackets for shipping and are securely packed in album mailers, yes the album is included!
