Some words on this issue: The STEVE MILLER BAND: “Children Of The Future” (Capitol Records – ECS-80888) Top condition Japanese pressing of the Steve Miller Band debut LP. Five years before "The Joker" topped the Billboard Hot 100 and the group became one of the Seventies' biggest hits machines, the Steve Miller Band was just another psychedelic band in San Francisco during the Summer of Love. On their debut album, Miller featured guitarist Boz Scaggs and keyboardist Jim Peterman. By 1969, those two were out of the group and Steve Miller Band adopted a much more pop-rock sound. Still, Children of the Future showcased how infectious psychedelic rock could be in the hands of a real songwriter. Top notch copy all complete with obi!!!
