Description

  • Steve Winwood released his first hits compilation album "Chronicles" in October 1987 on Island Records. The ten tracks provide a great retrospective of his first four solo albums. A remixed version of "Valerie," which had been originally ignored by radio back in 1982, became a Top 10 hit off this album.

  • This is an Unopened copy of (W1-25660) that is still Sealed in its original Factory Shrink Wrap. The cover has only the slightest shelf wear after 34 years. Please see the pictures, but note that the shots of the inner sleeve and disc labels are from another copy. It was mastered by Ted Jensen at Sterling Sound in NYC and this copy is a First Pressing for Columbia House that was made at the Columbia Records plant in Carrollton, Georgia.

  • In addition to its original packaging, this album will come with a sturdy 3 mil. polyethylene Archival Quality Outer Sleeve.  It will ship securely in the special corrugated Album Mailer seen in the last picture.
