STEVE HALPERN - CHRISTENING FOR LISTENING - A SOUNDTRACK FOR EVERY BODY on Sound Principle Records (MAP-2003) from 1975.
 
Extremely rare privately-pressed demo/prototype of some of the material that later turned up on Halpern's legendary 1975 new age release, "Spectrum Suite". This early private-pressing oddity doesn't appear on any Halpern discography. The back cover (written by Halpern), contains a detailed explanation behind the music's concept. Instrumentation includes Fender Rhodes electric piano, bass, guitars and electric flute (played by Iasos).   Track listing: Sound Spectrum Suite (Keynote C: Red, Keynote D: Orange, Keynote E: Yellow, Keynote F: Green, Keynote G: Blue, Keynote A: Indigo, Keynote B: Violet), Be-Muse-ment, Trans-Pan Dance, Subtle Body Suite on cover (Something for Everybody Suite on the label - see scan).     Please see the supersize photo to read more information from the back cover.
