Description

This is a 1988 vintage hard rock vinyl LP by rock legends VAN HALEN entitled " OU812 " Warner Brothers (25732-1). This LP is STILL SEALED in the original unopened manufacturer shrink wrap. There is a very small cut-out under the shrink wrap in the left corner indicative of a close-out at time of original sale. The cover is embossed. This LP went 4xPlatinum and has nine (9) tracks including the hit singles: " Black and Blue ", " When It's Love " and " Finish What You Start ".
CONDITION of VINYL: It is presumed that the vinyl is Near Mint (NM) to Mint (M) as the album has never been opened.
CONDITION of JACKET: There is some signs of past storage such as ring wear on the outer shrink wrap. Some light softening under the shrink wrap at the corners. There is the small cut-out at bottom left of jacket (under shrink wrap). We rate this outer jacket's condition as Excellent (EX). A new poly slip-on outer sleeve is included.
LP will be packaged in heavy duty record mailer (never a packing charge) will ample bubble wrap.
