Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Following the departure of John Cale in 1968, and the addition of Doug Yule on bass, the Velvet Underground released this, their self-titled third LP in 1969. More subdued and lyrically compassionate than the first two records, it is nonetheless equally powerful and many consider 'The Couch Album' to be the Velvet Underground's finest work. The Velvet Underground certainly features some of Lou Reed's finest songwriting from the narcotic beauty of 'Candy Says' and 'I'm Set Free,' to the angular jangle of 'What Goes On' and 'I'm Beginning To See The Light.' In four short years, the Velvet Underground made as many stone cold masterpieces, no other band in history could claim such an accomplishment.

CONDITION: The cover: The very fragile UK cover is STONE MINT still in original factory cellophane with import sticker on front cover. This dark cover is nearly impossible to find clean after 40+ years ... this copy is BEAUTIFUL, top MINT in factory shrink wrapper ....ALL solid, has tight seams, no bends, no writing & no delete marks ...original store price sticker on outside of the cellophane ...Altogether a FINAL collection copy for mint freaks!
The vinyl: has been completely preserved, a TOP copy = MINT all clear WILL play grade clean and clear all the way ....And has clean UK MGM labels
