On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Strawberry Alarm Clock called 'Incense & Peppermints' and is a MONO UK 1967 1st pressing!!!! THIS IS A VERY HARD LP TO FIND AND RARELY (IF EVER) TURNS UP THESE DAYS!!!! THIS IS THE VERY 1ST UK MONO PRESSING WITH A 'PATENTS PENDING' GARROD & LOFTHOUSE FLIPBACK SLEEVE, MEGA THICK VINYL, AND THE 1ST PRESS PYE INTERNATIONAL LABEL!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK MONO 1st pressing from 1967 and is in brilliant condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is NPL 28106 on the ORIGINAL Pye International label (see picture) and is a 1967 MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Strawberry Alarm Clock at their best!!!! Any fan of Strawberry Alarm Clock, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only a couple of the FAINTEST hairlines (only visible under EXTREME light - and totally NON sounding), 1 small NON sounding mark, and only a very VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays STUNNINGLY with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and NO crackle!!!! There is NO groovewear and NO nasty 'greying' of the grooves!!!! The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press MONO 'Patents Pending' Garrod & Lofthouse FLIPBACK Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear, only a few light creases and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is perfectly straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and barely ANY yellowing AT ALL!!!! There is also NO splits, NO rips, and NO tears!!!! The cover must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! THIS IS A REALLY TOUGH LP TO FIND THESE DAYS - AND VERY SOUGHT AFTER IN MONO!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!!
