THE VINYL   MINT-   INCREDIBLE CONDITION

As you can see, this vinyl is the 1st 1978  UK pressing with the A2 B1 STAMPED MATRIX  etchings. This pressing is in superb condition, AND PLAYS AMAZING!

It has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings.

There are a few light whisp lines, nothing else visible at all on this vinyl!  Quite astonishing- Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years.

There is some spindle skate around the centre hole that  suggests this LP has maybe had a handful of plays only- it really is immaculate!  The vinyl sounds amazing, we listened through and asides from the slight lead in crackle

there was nothing at all on the vinyl..SONICALLY IT SOUNDS INCREDIBLE

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

THE SLEEVE     MINT-    INCREDIBLE.

Correct LOW GLOSS  Gatefold first issued earliest UK sleeve by HOWARDS of Slough -- this is the earliest WIDE SPINE VERSION. LATER UK SLEEVES WRE NON GATEFOLD.

HAS SMALL HOLE PUNCH IN TOP CORNER (Possibly for export?)

 This is in simply incredible condition, you will not see better than this we feel!

The edges are all super clean with no traces of rub or ringwear on the front or back faces, and the tips have only the slightest sign of rub!

NOTE- all colours and inks remain in outstanding AS NEW condition- The finish is immaculate and where as many copies have powdery wear and scuff, this sleeve remains in absolute museum condition.

No powdery white ringwear or scuff of any note, and all edges are super crisp. A couple of little spider lines on the edge on the back top

The open edge remains in immaculate sharp condition with no hint of handling

The open out of the gatefold is simply perfect, no dulling, white rub or wear at all. pristine inks and colours.

The spine edge is totally unsquashed and all legends are perfect-..it is quite incredible

WE CLARIFY BY SAYING, THIS SLEEVE IS SIMPLY PRISTINE .

Original  LYRIC INNER -With no scissoring, some tiny rub on the edges-and just the small hole in the top corner.
