Description

A legendary Canadian hardcore punk group's first 12" EP 1979.  Two of their classic punk anthems are on this record:  "F*ck You" and "Slave to My D*ck".

MINT in its ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP.

How many 27 year old punk records are still in mint condition?  Not too many!

(The price sticker is on the shrink wrap, not on the cover).

A fair starting price considering a sealed copy sold for over $350 last year and this copy is also mint in the shrink wrap but unsealed.  Of course this copy you can actually listen to!

"* * * * (4 stars)  This is not the (in comparison) second rate, later early '80s English hardcore Subhumans, this is the '78-'82 Vancouver, Canada punk legends.  This was one of those high energy guitar groups with a tight, explosive rhythm section.  What makes them enduring, in addition to the hot music and sociopolitical lyrics, is the sense of satire and side-of-the-mouth humor, and their essence of roughhouse fun.  It's so smart, funny, and filled with spirit and calls to change in thinking, it's like that alive feeling you get after exercising.  This is an eye-opening artifact, an electric, vintage punk group that sounds even more vital now in these alterna-times as it did then."  -Jack Rabid, The Big Takeover, Allmusic

Check out my other auctions including a MINT original copy of the F.U.'s debut 12" release.

Good luck and have fun.
