Original Saturn LP With Unique Hand Drawn Cover

LP CONDITION :

• This is an out of print ( B-side not currently available on CD and not on LP as far as we know ) used United States Manufactured Original Saturn LP in excellent condition .

• The vinyl is in excellent condition and as with all Saturn releases this has a bit of surface noise and the first song on each side has a surface scratch that is audible a couple of times . The vinyl is mint otherwise upon visual inspection .

• The cover is in excellent condition and is a hand drawn and colored one of a kind item . There is a slight bit of ring wear on the front cover that was present on the cover when it was bought new . There is nothing on the back cover .

• The LP is in a protective plastic sleeve and the cover has been in a plastic protective sleeve since it was bought as a brand new LP .

• This LP is from my personal collection .

• You are not likely to find an original pressing in this good of condition .

• Almost brand new .

• This LP is not currently available on CD or LP as far as we know .

• It is not a promo or delete and does not have any holepunches , slits or cuts on the spine or promotional stamps or stickers .

Art Hoyle was in the band from Christmas 1955 through December 1956; Tito identified by Lucious Randolph, who says he was "very African looking" and worked with Ra for a year or so; Randolph says the tracks with his sister Hattie were made after he joined the Arkestra. She confirms that Art Hoyle was out of the band by then, and thinks these were recorded at the old Budland in the basement of the Pershing Hotel.

Piano Interlude and Can This Be Love? were included on a tape of what later became The Invisible Shield Side B, sold by Sun Ra to Alan Bates of Black Lion/Freedom in the early 70s. [Vein]
