I have for auction from my own collection this superb original copy of this SUNNY DAY REAL ESTATE release. I have only played this record once,then it was filed away since i purchased it new.The sleeve i will grade as at least exc+++ condition,it is as new with just very minor signs of storage.The insert is as new and blemish free.I will grade the vinyl as near mint,it is in as new played once condition.This 1994 release must be very hard to find in this stunning condition.

The German press blue splatter vinyl is the very issue of this album and was a very limited pressing.

I have started the bidding well below the three figure prices this album normally sells for.
