Description

I am a collector reducing the size of my 35-year old record collection.  You will be seeing several dozen very rare Pink Floyd LPs I'll be listing on eBay over the next few days.  Please check my other listings.

First, if you're planning on buying this album, why you should buy it from me:

1.  I have experience and I appreciate how frustrating it can be to receive something of lesser quality than you expected.  I am obsessive about the cleanliness and care my albums receive.  The ones I purchased new have only been played on high-end turntables with excellent cartridges, properly set up for tracking weight, VTA, etc. so they have received minimal wear.

2.  I grade the condition of the cover and the vinyl accurately and completely.  I provide pictures of the front AND rear covers as well as the vinyl, at extra expense to me. You know exactly what you are buying.

3.  Each used LP will be professionally cleaned and treated with Gruv Glide before packing.  Each album cover (except for box sets) comes in a clear vinyl sleeve.

4.  I pack properly.  If you have a method you want used, I'll follow it.  My method is: New, sealed albums are wrapped in bubble wrap and protected with corner protectors and cardboard stiffeners in an LP shipping carton.  Used records are removed from the covers and wrapped in bubble wrap.  The empty sleeve is put into the cover for protection and then the cover and the wrapped vinyl are wrapped in bubble wrap with easy-to-open tape tabs.  They then get corner protectors and cardboard stiffeners and are put in proper LP shipping cartons. 

5.  Check my feedback...over 1,000 happy buyers and sellers.

6.  I ship same or next day after your PayPal payment is received.

7.  I leave positive feedback for you as soon as your payment is received; I trust that if I do my job right you will leave positive feedback for me.  If you forget, I'll remind you.  ;>)

8.  Shipping charges are actual postage only; insurance is always optional, I will ship overseas.

I've been an eBay memer for quite some time and I believe this is the greatest collection of rare Pink Floyd albums in eBay history...please keep watching my listings...more yet to come!  THIS 7-DAY AUCTION is for this super rare Triple LP titled Pink FLoyd THE ABDABS - A GREAT SET, released in 1979, manufacturer unknown, but # on album cover spine is RDRN-50977.   The tracks on this album are from Pink Floyd's live concert at Oakland Coliseum in Oakland, California just across the bay from San Francisco on May 9th, 1977.   Great listening!

The gorgeous colorful gatefold cover is a parody of Pink Floyd's studio album "A Great Pair" (see my earlier listing of A Great Pair with the extremely rare original cover, later censored).  This cover is in fabulous near mint condition...flawless, but by now you know I only use the term mint for brand new still-sealed albums...as soon as they are opened they become near mint in my book...otherwise how would you distinguish between sealed mint and unsealed and perfect?  The nice heavy vinyls with their highly sought after picture-only labels are in PRISTINE near mint condition...flawless.

I can appreciate that you're getting bored with me carrying on about how great all these albums are and how you can't let this one slip by, or let that one slip by, but that's my passion for Pink Floyd coming out and I can tell you as a collector of 35 years, these albums are NOT that easy to find even in poor condition.  Find a way to get more money and add this one to your collection...it will bring you many fine hours of enjoyment!
