This auction is for:
SUPERGRASS 7" White Label vinyl single promo record released by Backbeat in the early 90s during the Britpop era. This is a mega rare disc only distributed within the music industry. This band was one of the figureheads of the Britpop era.
a. 'Caught by the Fuzz'
b. 'Strangeones'
This disc is in MINT unused condition. It is supplied in the same plain white paper slip cover as it was distibuted in and although the facing side of this is unblemished, the reverse has some very minor printing ink lines across it; however, this slip cover is nothing special and can easily be replaced with a new one without influencing the value of the disc itself.
You will receive the actual record(s) as shown in the image
Vinyl Message reads = "Cop this!" and "a porky prime cut" on side A + "cocalic experimentos" on side B.
(FYI: at the pressing plant they sometimes write a 'secret' message on the central run-off portion of the disc that some collectors highly prize as adding value to the record)

I always pack very well and I always obtain proof of posting. If an item costs more than £10 I will post it to UK buyers using Recorded Delivery at no further expense to the buyer. Shipping costs have risen hugely since Royal Mail put prices up so high in 2012 - if you win more than one lot I will try to give you a good combined P+P rate, so please request an invoice before paying. Thank you.
I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON MINT/PROMO VINYL - All my unused records have been wrapped and in storage for over 15 years, but paper dust, tiny bits of card from the sleeves and fluff still gets attracted to the vinyl; I always check the discs and give them a wipe before mailing, but when you get them it's likely they will not look like a factory-fresh, cello-wrapped record when you slide them out their sleeves, because that's the nature of vinyl being a very static material. I've had buyers complain in the past that such discs are not 'mint' - they are 'mint' - they are unplayed, unhandled and in the exact same condition as when they arrived to me in the 90s... they just need another wipe, that's all. Thanks.
