Description
Supertramp live in Montreal, 1977, released on the legendary TAKRL (The Amazing Kornyfone Record Label) label, number 957. Aside from the great music this one has a legendary cover, which has a surreal tale written on the back, supposedly one chapter of a continuing story that was supposed to tell the legend of Dr. Fone and weave a mythology around the record label. I think there are a couple of other releases that continue the story, but I have never seen how far it goes... really fun and interesting anyhow. But, what's important is:
The disc is in absolutely gorgeous near-perfect-mint condition. It looks barely played. The cover is excellent as well, except for a seam split halfway across the top. Aside from that there are no marks, stains, dogears or creases on the cover. It is usually in far worse shape. This is a truly classic boot, featuring some of their best songs:
Give a Little Bit Quite Right Sister Moonshine Life of Luxury Hide in Your Shell Poor Boy Dreamer Fool's Overture
A beautiful and rare copy.
