Description

Here's a very nice original first issue 1963 copy of this classic early Holland - Dozier - Holland penned tune from THE SUPREMES with "WHEN THE LOVELIGHT STARTS SHINING THRU' HIS EYES" on the UK STATESIDE imprint # SS 257 and backed with "STANDING AT THE CROSSROADS OF LOVE", two nice tracks back to back.

This disc plays perfectly with great audible quality and is best described as a strong very good plus verging more towards excellent with light sleeve scuffs and just the barest minimum of crackle on the lead in and run out groove. It has the 4-prong centre intact and the labels are clean on both sides other than a small area of fading on the 'A' side just to the left and below the Stateside logo caused by a sticker removal but not damaged or torn (see picture scans). Paired with an original company sleeve and still a very nice copy to grace any collection.
