Description

This is a MINT- condition ORIGINAL copy of Svanfridur's What's Hidden there LP, released in a small quanity in Iceland in 1972. The sleeve is virtually intact and the vinyl is scratch free. The back sleeve has a tiny stain (ca. 3x1 cm), probably a coffee-stain, which looks like a dolphin! (See picture #2). Otherwise the album looks and feels like it was bought new in a record shop yesterday and seems to have been played once-twice at the most. You will probably never be able to buy such an item again.
Svanfridur was Iceland's heaviest band in 1972 but only lasted for a year. This was the only album they did, a very nice prog/psych gem. After the band called it quits singer Petur Kristjansson went on to form Pelican in 1973 with the bassist, but the other two joined Icelandic glam band Change.
This album has the highest Hans Pakora ratings of all Icelandic album, 5 stars, and has been re-released several times, both legally and illegally, on cd and lp. Read about the album here:http://www.progressor.net/review/svanfridur_1972.html
Shipping is not included in the price but I will ship internally from Iceland. The shipping info in this post is not correct and seller and buyer will agree on shipping methods after the sale.
