SWELL MAPS - READ ABOUT SEYMOUR // RIPPED & TORN / BLACK VELVET RATHER RECORDS - GEAR ONE - UK 7" 1977 WITH PICTURE SLEEVE SIGNED BY NIKKI SUDDEN AND JOWE HEAD Rare original first issue of debut 7" release from 1977 by great early punk band Swell Maps on their own Rather label - actually released in January 1978 (see the excellent book 45 Revolutions by Mario Panciera for full details on band and release). This was re-released by Rough Trade later in 1978. Comes complete with the picture sleeve. This copy was signed to me by Nikki Sudden and Jowe Head sometimes in the '80s, worth mentioning that Nikki Sudden could spell my Greek name 'Alekos' correctly ('Alekos the teen geen'), not many can do.. A great punk and new wave collectable in very nice condition CONDITION (I don't use higher than ex/ex) cover: ex vinyl: ex P&P Registered (with insurance) through ELTA (Hellenic National Post) GBP12.50 in Europe / GBP14.50 for all other countries except USA* / GBP6.50 to Greece * For USA only it will be through Courier Service GBP55.00 - ELTA services from Greece to USA is temporarily stopped due to the new Tariffs and until the terms are cleared so at the time shipping to USA is possible only through Courier service which is very expensive * I'm a collector myself so strict packing policies applied * I combine shipping, please wait for my combined invoice before payment, thanks.
