Description

This is another sale from a my collection of classical records, which includes early stereo rarities on Decca, Columbia, HMV and RCA.


1958 UK stereo pressing on Decca records of SXL 2011 by L'Orchestre De La Suisse Ramonde performing Stravinsky's Petrushka, conducted by Ernest Ansermet. Label is grooved wide band. Sleeve is a scalloped flip back sleeve, first blue back border sleeve. The condition is really good, the only flaw that the laminate has come away on the back in one area (see photo) but fortunately not missing. Record and inner sleeve are both in really nice condition, visually near mint. It plays on my Linn Sondek virtually perfectly, no skips, jumps or repeated clicks,  just little crackles and occasional pop in places. 


Note that record will be posted in a cardboard record mailer. Sleeve will be in a plastic sleeve, separate from the record and inner sleeve. Record and inner sleeve will be in a card sleeve.
