 SXL 2082 was produced by Erik Smith and engineered by James Brown. This was recorded between  4-6 December 1957
at The Sofiensaal, Vienna  and released in January 1959.

The very first pressings were on the "pancake" label which has the usual "ORIGINAL RECORDING" text
but no groove. Completely flat hence "pancake"These are very rare. See photos.

VINYL  AUDIO. 
The record is fully played and NOT JUST GUESSED AT! . (see below for gradings)
Absolutely no problems like repeats or jumps. Please note this is an AUDIO ONLY grading.

No VISUAL grading given. 

However the disc has scuffs & hairlines that do leave some tics. Not too loud but be aware

Perfectly listenable but probably not for the purist.

EX+ means a tiny amount of one off soft crackle,caused by dust particles,  common on 62  year old lps.

• Records:- strict Record Collector gradings.


• NEAR MINT ~ visual inspection has revealed that the record plays noiselessly. If there are any surface marks these will be noted in the listing. 
• EXCELLENT ~ The record shows some signs of being played but there is very little lessening of the sound quality. There may be some light crackle but NO major problems like LOUD clicks. Occasional soft tics are acceptable. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
• VERY GOOD ~ The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality. despite noticeable surface and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover on extra items without any major defects s acceptable
• Sleeves:- as per photos.
