THE EDGE OF EASH SIDE (MOVEMENT 1 AND 3 HAS MORE STATIC CRACKLE THAN THE REST OF THE RECORD, AND ANNOYINGLY, IT IS THE QUIET BEGINNINGS OF THOSE MOVEMENTS), SO iIRATE IT VG BUT IF YOU INTEND TO BID, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THE TEN MINUTES TO LISTEN TO ALL OF THE SAMPLE TO SATISFY YOURSELF IF THE LIGHT STATIC ON EACH SIDES OPENING IS SATISFACTORY TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

SOUND SAMPLE IS LOW RESOLUTION AND HAS A TREBLE BIAS, SO SOME CRACKLE IS MORE PROMINENT THAN WHEN PLAYED THROUGH ANALOGUE REPRODUCTION SYSTEM.

Recorded  1958, AND HAS THE SCALLOP FLIPBACK LAMINATED BOTH SIDES COVER WITH BLUE BORDER REAR, PRINT DATE FEB 1959

LP FIRST RELEASED 1959, 

This lp has  stampers 3D/2E, and is  BELIEVED TO BE PRESSED ON THE LONDON PRESSES DUE TO THE PANCAKE PRESSING,

THIS IS RUMOURED TO HAVE HAPPENED WHEN DECCA PRESSES WERE TOO BUSY TO KEEP UP DEMAND (GROOVE IS JUST INSIDE OF LABEL EDGE RATHER THAN THE MORE PROMINENT GROOVE ON THE USUAL ORIGINAL RECORDING AT 10 O'CLOCK LABELS)

Full replay, THIS is VISIBLY, very clean, only a few paper scuffs visible in Sunlight only.  Only a few of the softest pips AND LIGHT STATIC LIKE CRACKLE MOSTLY NEAR THE OPENING EDGE FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES, generally on this lp

HENCE THE VG RATING

COVER CONDITION   VG+There is LIGHT ring wear, MOSTLY VISIBLE ON THE BLACK LAMINATE, and it is quite neat. No seam splits  Only minor blemishes are-

1.    REFLECTIVE LIGHT ONLY,  RINGWEAR, NOT VISIBLE UNLESS LOOKING AT AN ANGLE

2     SOME BENDS IN THE LAMINATE NEAR EDGES AND THUMB CREASES NEAR OPENING EDGE.

3     REAR FULLY LAMINATED COVER HAS

 A BEND IN BOTTOM OPENING EDGE

CORNER, APPEARS FLIPBACK HAS LIFTED AND BEEN RE GLUED. 

LP CONDITION VG SEE Photo's,Has just a few faint spider web scuffs only in sunlight, play test has only A FAIRLY frequent STATIC pips and tics  MOSTLY NEAR THE START OF EACH SIDE, THE REST as per normal vinyl replay BEAUTIFUL, AND THE DYNAMICS ARE GREAT
