SXL 2170 1st issue WB wallet cover BOHEME 2LP
Decca SXL 2170, Puccini, La Boheme, complete opera. Renata Tebaldi, Carlo Bergonzi, Gianna D'Angelo, Ettore Bastianini, Cesare Siepi, Orchestra and Chorus of the Accademia di Santa Cecilia, Rome conducted by Tullio Serafin. Stereo, 1960. 2 LPs with libretto, British pressing, wide band grooved FFSS. This is a first-issue copy and does not come in a box -- the cover art, libretto, and records are packaged in a ?wallet? -- a heavy plastic sleeve with two compartments to hold the vinyl and a clear front to view the artwork. Vinyl VG++, some cosmetic flaws, fabulous sound. ?Wallet? style cover is in fine shape.

Records are generally graded on visual inspection. M: Mint. I only use this grade when a record is sealed. NM: Near Mint. I won't grade any unsealed vinyl higher than this. VG++: Excellent. Looks unflawed but not new; sound should be fine. VG+: May have cosmetic flaws, mild surface noise or short patches of ticking, but should sound fine overall. VG: May have moderate noise throughout or one or two bad patches from scratches.
