Excellent and highly sought after audiophile recordings as recommended by Harry Pearson on his Absolute Sound list featuring the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden conducted by JOHN LANCHBERY. Decca wide band grooved label 1st UK release. Ed 1 "Original Recording By".

The sleeve is in VG++ to excellent condition - small rub on the rear. The vinyl is in VG++ condition - there are some minor sleeve removal marks. The lp plays very well with some minor surface noise in places and the odd scattered light tic. A small scuff near the start of side 1 creates two louder tics and there are two & then three louder tics about halfway through the side. Side 2 has three thumbnail marks that don't affect the sound and there are two louder tics towards the middle of play.
