"WORLDBROKEN was recorded entirely improvised on the night of June 9, 1985 and recorded live at McCabe's Guitar Shop in Santa Monica, CA as it happened..."

Comes with an inner sleeve with lyrics and photos. SST order form booklet.

Track A1 is titled "The Worm's Quest" on the back cover and label, but "The Worm's Quest (for Steph)" on the lyric sheet.
Track B3 is titled "Fred Presented Himself" on the back cover and lyric sheet, but "Fred Presented Himself To Joseph" on the label.

There appear to have been three inner sleeve variations used in the US pressing. Some with errors, some with handwritten markups correcting the errors (probably printed and not actually written on), and some that were retyped to correct the errors. See photos above.
