Saint-Saens Symphony 3 Pretre Aust HMV OASD 585
Organist Maurice Durufle with the Paris Conservatoire Orchestra conducted by Georges Pretre performs the Saint-Saens “Symphony No. 3” (“Organ”). An Australian stereo pressing on the HMV Label (OASD 585), the labels are cream and gold with plum lettering, and a small fan shaped dog logo and there is a small sample sticker on one side of the label.. The record is of excellent appearance and plays and sounds superb with a minimum of surface noise. The cover (English front/Australian back) has some minor wear.
