Here's your chance to win this massively rare and very hard to find ep soundtrack of the Marcel Moussy movie debut. This extremely rare gem was mfd in France.       

There are 2 songs performed by Marie Laforet backed by the cream of France's greatest Jazz musicians, and 3 amazing instrumentals. The great lineup includes :        Roger Guerin (tpt), Maurice Vander (p), Pierre Michelot (b), Hubert Rotaing (as), George Arvanitas (p)...

The music was written by Henri Crolla and Andre Hodeir ; Jazz composer, arranger and author of the classic book titled 'Jazz : its essence and evolution'.

The laminated flipback cover shows some signs of age ; a bit of wear at corner tips and a few minor creases. There are no writings, splits, tears, stickers or anything. The cover depicts the great Jacques Higelin duetting with Marie Laforet, too absurd and yet very interesting !!!

The record plays very well and sounds very nice throughout, in spite of some visible marks from age and playing. A few clicks are audible in beginnings, but nothing disturbing such as repeats or skips. The labels are super clean (see scans).

Truly a pleasure to listen to, especially the instrumentals with solos by Roger Guerin that are very reminiscent of the late great Kenny Dorham.

The disk will be packed seperately from its original cover in a high quality plain white sleeve and a polythene cover.
